DISCOVERING YOUR OWN LEADERSHIP IDENTITY for
ENDURING PERSONAL and ORGANIZATIONAL GREATNESS
"Passion stems from the absolute belief that your actions may present an
opportunity to "Become" something more than you already are.
To Lead, we must manifest an environment to turn these beliefs into reality."
- Arthur Carmazzi |
|
INTRODUCTION
|
The decisions we make as a Leader are the essence of what inspires or dis-empowers others. Our ability to Lead Intelligently in the face of frustration and unrealized expectation creates an environment where highly effective people will enjoy their work. This ability to consciously decide to "Act" intelligently and cultivate a Leadership Enriched environment instead of "React" to events and circumstances is what we call, "The Hero’s Way". Based on Directive Communication Psychology and associated case studies, this workshop provides an awareness of ourselves and how our reactions affect our environment. It provides a psychological platform to make more intelligent decisions to affect our environment for our desired results. |
|
COURSE OBJECTIVE

Using a hands-on, action style of training, cutting edge methodology and DC training tools, participants will get real clarity of who they need to become as leaders, the structures they need to nurture, and the working environment they need to create to bring out the best in others and themselves.

"The program was very much in line with conquering challenges in our day-to-day operation and your timing was excellent. People could really relate to your stories and exercises for cultivating a greater service attitude, and you did a great job “taking them there”. Most of my people including myself had fun and got real value. The brain color exercise was excellent for really understanding our communication."
Charles de Foucault -
General Manager (
The Ritz-Carlton, Seoul ) |
|
"I was impressed about the research you did on our company. You have successfully nailed quite a lot of issues on the head and have made many in the audience suddenly aware of possible causes of their communication or relationship problems. Most importantly, you did it in a light, amusing way that took tension away from a potentially embarrassing or tense situation. We all enjoyed it even as we realized our faults!"
