INTRODUCTION
|
The decisions we make as a Leader are the essence of what inspires or dis-empowers others. Our ability to Lead Intelligently in the face of frustration and unrealized expectation creates an environment where highly effective people will enjoy their work. This ability to consciously decide to "Act" intelligently and cultivate a Leadership Enriched environment instead of "React" to events and circumstances is what we call, "The Hero’s Way". Based on Directive Communication Psychology and associated case studies, this workshop provides an awareness of ourselves and how our reactions affect our environment. It provides a psychological platform to make more intelligent decisions to affect our environment for our desired results. |

COURSE OBJECTIVE
|
Discover the issues within the organization that prevent a greater organizational culture and provide clartity and experence within a workshop environment to assist leaders to reflect, understand and take action on solving these issues. The program objectives are met through an Experiential Process applying an intersection of the psychology of self and group dynamics.
Using a hands-on, action style of training, cutting edge methodology and DC training tools, participants will get real clarity of who they need to become as leaders, the structures they need to nurture, and the working environment they need to create to bring out the best in others and themselves.

SPEAKER’S PROFILE

|
Lai Chee Fern has over 17 years of experience as a trainer and facilitator. In the course of her training profession, she has conducted in-house and public programs in relation to supervisory skills, general management as well as customer service and human resource development for multinational organizations and SMIs. Her work exposure covers manufacturing, service industry and adult education. |
|
She has held managerial positions in various multinational corporations throughout her career and was involved in both operative skills and management development training. Her years spent in the manufacturing and service industry enables her to relate experiential situations with work environment from grass root level upwards. She is also recognized for her pragmatic approach and her ability to draw realistic examples to maximize learning. |
|
She has facilitated over 5000 participants from various corporations including Motorola, Seagate, Intel, AMD, Agilent, Komag, Osram, Pen Apparel, Inventec, Jabil, Latexx, Penang Port, Hwang-DBS, Tenaga Nasional, Silverstone, Sony, Altera, etc. |

Chee Fern is a certified trainer on team development and cross-cultural management and she was trained in the U.S., Japan, Singapore as well as Bangkok. She holds a professional degree in ICSA from the United Kingdom and she is conversant in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. |
