INTRODUCTION
|
In today’s fast-paced and constantly changing environment, each of us experience great challenges, stress and immense pressures in different ways. For some, even a minor knock back can weaken their self-esteem with a measurable impact on their work performance and self-image.
This workshop will help you to develop a more productive and positive mindset; and gain powerful tips, tools and techniques to build long-term “iron-clad” resilience, charisma and self-confidence. This will help you to 'bounce back' in the face of challenges, and view change as an opportunity rather than an obstacle.
Aside looking within ourselves, the importance of good interpersonal skills in the workplace, also cannot be underestimated. We must adjust continually to a variety of personalities; ways of doing things; and be able to build rapport and trust; influence decision making; present ideas with clarity and professionalism; and to be able to handle difficult team mates and situations. Day 2 of this programme will help you to be better prepared to effectively deal with an environment that is fluid and filled with the unexpected. |
