INTRODUCTION
It cannot be denied that good communication skills and the ability to speak and write effectively will be of a great advantage to anyone at workplace as they are ‘mirrors’ to the organization in which they work for. As such, it is essential for them to project professionalism in communicating be it with customers or with colleagues.

This comprehensive 2-day workshop will help to enhance the participants’ grammar and oral communication skills effectively.

SPEAKER’S PROFILE
QUAH LIAN CHIEW

Mr. Quah is an experienced English teacher. He has proven himself to be an extremely competent and dedicated teacher.

His teaching methodology combines solid language work with a focus on creating opportunities for the students to practice their language skills in a supportive and controlled environment.

Ability to analyze issues and problems, integrate ideas and make organised presentations.

Experienced in English teaching from basic to advanced level encompassing the following faculties :
Conversational English – treatment of pronunciation, intonation and rhythm
Structural and Functional English – covering grammar, vocabulary, phrasal verbs andidioms.
Business English – involving Business communication and writing
English for factories – emphasis on formal spoken English for Business purposes.
