NAVIGATING YOUR TEAM TO SUCCESS
20th & 21st July 2011 (9.00am-5.00pm)
Venue : Dunville International, Penang
INTRODUCTION
Working in team is not easy. After enjoying a positive start, teams somehow tend to spiral into chaos and dissension when faced with increasing work pressure. Conflict, negligence, errors, accidents, avoidance and mis-communication usually occurs resulting in mindless and endless blame shifting games. These negative incidences can be traced to human behavior in distress. When a person’s distress level is high, their ability to tap into their reservoir of knowledge and experience is significantly impaired, thus resulting in ‘self-sabotaging behavior’.
