Many people learn without knowing or even knowing what exactly they’re doing. But like all other complex human actions, you are born without it and over time your brain learns it. These days, the hardest part to learn is the presence of mind. When you need a creative idea for a strategy, methods of Plod or Plot or Play spring to mind right away. Presence of mind means you clear your mind of these false paths and let your strategic intuition go to work.
Strategic intuition is a clear thought. And it’s not fast, like expert intuition. It’s slow. That flash of insight you had previously might solve a problem that’s been on your mind for a month. And it doesn’t happen in familiar situations. Strategic intuition works in new situations. That’s when you need it most.
Executives, Supervisors, Team Leaders, Heads of Department and Managers.
At the end of the program, participants will be able to :

Learn to get the creative ideas for what to do
Apply strategic intuition by working in the new situations
Acquire the techniques in freeing your brain of all preconceptions about problem they are solving
Form an attitude toward the innovation, to making a decision to adopt or reject
Let go what they know and being open to new thoughts and patterns
Allow previously known elements to reform in a new way in their mind
Use deep reflection and turning problem solving to innovation
Understand how creative stimulation spark innovation within the organization
